Sew-Along - Tom & Linda Platt Dress - 1st July 2021

Sew Alongs started during Lockdown and proved to be a great way for us to get together and sew. 

I have decided to keep them going when the Midhurst Sewing Room re-opens. 

This is a semi-fitted lined dress and has front and back contrast inserts.  A great opportunity to practice colour blocking.

This sew-along will take place on Zoom, I will send out the link to join the Sew-Along the day before.

Materials Needed: You will need to purchase the correct amount of fabric for your size - see the back of the pattern envelope pictured.

Before the Sew-Along: there are a few things you can prepare before the day of the Sew-Along.  Gather your tools together, wind a bobbin and thread your machine, you could also thread up your overlocker if you have one.  Pre-wash or steam your fabric.  Roughly cut out your pattern pieces to separate them.
