The Kimono Style Jacket - 25th September 2020
A Kimono can be work in several ways, over a dress in a light floaty fabric or made longer to wear around the house
Choose to make a simple garment in cotton lawn or challange yourself with silk.
Learn to work with fine fabrics, make French seams and finish your Kimono by hand.
The Simplicity pattern is included in the workshop price
What You Need To Bring : The Sewing Room is fully equipped with Janome Sewing Machines and Overlockers as well as all the tools you need to complete your project. You are very welcome to bring your own machine and sewing box if you wish.
Materials Needed : To make the Kimono you will need 1.5m of 150cm wide light weight woven fabric , ifyou wish to have contrast bands you will also need 80cm of 150cm wide fabric and matching threads.
