In this fun workshop you will learn all the techniques to create free motion embroidered fabric which you can turn into a tote bag, cushion book cover. Sample designs will be available for to get inspired before start to play with the machine and create a masterpiece. Applique shapes can be added to enhance your design. Sue will email you closer to the date to discuss fabric.
What You Need To Bring : The Sewing Room is fully equipped with Janome Sewing Machines and Overlockers as well as all the tools you need to complete your project. You are very welcome to bring your own machine and sewing box if you wish.
Materials Needed : You will need to bring cotton calico fabric, scraps of fabric for applique, medium weight fusible interfacing. Calico fabric and interfacings are available to purchase in the workshop.
