Returns & Cancellation
If you are unhappy with the items ordered we are happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt. As long as they are in saleable condition you will receive a full refund in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. As the buyer you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible if your returned items go missing

If for any reason you cannot make your workshop, you may obtain a full refund or a transfer to a different date of your choice, subject to availability. You may also transfer the booking to a different name. Should you wish to cancel your workshop, you must notify us in no less than 14 days before the workshop date to obtain a full refund or workshop/name transfer.
Any cancellations made within less than 14 days of the workshop date will not be refundable or transferable.
In exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel a Workshop. If that happens we will give you as much notice as possible and will try to accommodate you on a different date, or refund your fee paid, whichever you prefer. We do not accept liability for travel or other costs.
If for any reason you cannot make the Sewing Retreat, you may obtain a full refund or a transfer to a different date, subject to availability. You may also transfer the booking to a different name. Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in no less than 28 days before the Sewing Retreat date to obtain a full refund or workshop/name transfer.
Any cancellations made within less than 28 days of the Sewing Retreat date will not be refundable or transferrable.
