Two light-weight, fusible woven tapes made of synthetic fibres. The two tapes are joined by a row of blind stitches with the adhesive facing out.

An easy way to turn up hems in jackets and coats.  Press up you hem and place the Perfect hem tape in between, press again and the hem is held in place ready to be covered with your garment lining.
