Project Bag - 4th June 2021
In the workshop, you will learn bag making techniques to make a large project bag with internal pockets to bring along to sewing classes.
The bag is lined with two straps. You will also learn how to insert bag hardware. This project bag has proved to be very popular.
What You Need To Bring: The Sewing Room is fully equipped with Janome Sewing Machines and Overlockers as well as all the tools you need to complete your project. You are very welcome to bring your own machine and sewing box if you wish.
Materials Needed: You will need to bring soft furnishing weight fabric, vinyl fabric for the base and straps, and a lighter weight lining fabric, wadding, interfacings, zips, and matching threads. Wadding, interfacings, grey vinyl fabric, and bag hardware will be available to purchase in the workshop. The pattern is included in the workshop price
