Scalloped Elastic 16mm Off White

16mm (5/8 inch) stretch scalloped elastic trim - Off White.

This trim is perfect for waistline of skirts or can be inserted into a seam. When inserted, shows a small, delicate scalloped edge.

Note: This elastic can be dyed with iDye Poly Dyes
