Schmetz Jeans Needles are manufactured with a medium ball point designed to penetrate thick and solid fabrics easier & without damage. The needle’s reinforced blade causes less deflection during sewing and reduces the risk of needle breakage and skip stitches.

Also a slightly larger eye than usual allows the jeans needle to accommodate heavier weight threads for stitching fabrics such as denims.

Use the Jeans Twin Needle to create the typical double seams on the side seams, yokes, belt loops or pockets on denim trousers.
