Sew-Along - The Phen Shirt - Starts 11th January 2024

Sew Alongs started during Lockdown and proved to be a great way for us to get together and sew.  I have decided to keep them going now that the Midhurst Sewing Room has re-opened. 

The Phen shirt is by Pattern Fantastique who has been based in Melbourne, Australia - Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and is now back in Fremantle, Australia.
A nomadic brand inspired by travel, art and design, an eclectic aesthetic combines to create a new approach to fashion.

Phen, is the not so classic, classic shirt. The Phen shirt has a super breezy drop shoulder and batwing style sleeve balanced by a nipped-in high hip hemline and cuffs. Three collar and two cuff options to choose from to mix and match for three very different looks.

The pattern goes from size 6-26

Before the Sew-Along: there are a few things you can prepare before the day of the Sew-Along.  Gather your tools together, wind a bobbin and thread your machine.  Pre-wash or steam your fabric.
