Sewing with Silk - 6th May 2022 FULLY BOOKED

Sewing with silk can be tricky - on this workshop you will learn how to deal with this difficult fabric and make some pretty lingerie.  Learn to techniques for cutting out, correct seams and hems and if you would like to add lace then there are lots of tips to get the perfect finish.  

What You Need To Bring : The Sewing Room is fully equipped with Janome Sewing Machines and Overlockers as well as all the tools you need to complete your project.  You are very welcome to bring your own machine and sewing box if you wish.

Materials Needed :  You will need 1 - 1.25 meter of 135cm wide silk satin and a matching thread.
