Tailors Clapper - Large

A trusted pressing tool for fashion sewing, the Tailor’s Clapper is handy for quilters, too. It absorbs the moisture from a steam iron for flat, crisp seams—no shine.

The Sewing Room pressing tools are hand made in England.  Made from hardwoods from sustainably managed woodlands.

The large clapper is 30cm long

No finishing materials are used which might possibly stain fabric, just natural wood.

It is possible that the grain in the wood could be raised by steam from an iron or damage in which case use of some medium fine sandpaper will fix it
