The Bias Cut Skirt - 2nd October 2020
Skirts cut on the bias are fitted through hip and flare at the hem. On this workshop learn to cut and work with fabric on te bias, stabilising and inserting a zip and how to do a narrow hem. have facings, The Pattern is included in the workshop price.
What You Need To Bring : The Sewing Room is fully equipped with Janome Sewing Machines and Overlockers as well as all the tools you need to complete your project. You are very welcome to bring your own machine and sewing box if you wish.
Materials Needed : To make the knee length skirt you will need 1.5m of 150cm wide fabric for the longer version you will need 2m of woven fabric with drape. 20cm of woven interfacing and a 18cm invisible zip
