THE MAKER'S ATELIER

Frances Tobin started The Maker’s Atelier because she loves designing and making clothes. Frances was taught dressmaking by her mother, and it's been her passion ever since. After training as a fashion and textiles designer, Frances went on to work for many leading brands in Italy, the US and the UK and still makes most of her own clothes.

The patterns Frances has created for The Maker's Atelier are influenced by current fashion trends. Taking key shapes and refineing them on the premise that the simplest shapes, in beautiful fabrics, make the most successful clothes.

I will be runing a series of workshops using The Maker's Atelier patterns, the workshops price will include the Sports Luxe Bomber Jacket pattern
