In this workshop, you will learn how to make a stylish bag using Linton tweed or similar tweed fabric. The bag is lined with two straps and you will have a choice of internal pockets. You will learn bag making techniques and how insert bag hardware.
What You Need To Bring: The Sewing Room is fully equipped with Janome Sewing Machines and Overlockers as well as all the tools you need to complete your project. You are very welcome to bring your own machine and sewing box if you wish.
Materials Needed :
You will need to bring either Linton Tweed fabric or similar tweed fabrics and a lighter weight lining fabric, wadding, interfacings, zips and matching threads. Wadding, interfacings and bag hardware will be available to purchase in the workshop. The pattern is included in the workshop price.
